Orfeus was born in 1999 out of a common interest in developing the classical concert form and aim for a broader appeal. We combine music and narration, using effects and means from the world of theatre in an attempt to fill a communicative gap in classical music.
To us, classical music is feelings, intensity, storytelling, depth and passion – and our audience is anyone who can relate to these words.
Our goal is to offer inspiring musical experiences for everyone, regardless of background and musical knowledge.
